Emergency Main Engine Telegraph System

概述  General lntroduction

CZ1005船用应急主机传令钟系统适用于中、小型船舶，系驾驶室向机舱传达主机转速命令及由机舱回答命令执行情况的设备。在特殊情况下，可以逆向使用，即由机舱传达主机现行速度的信息，而驾驶室回答信息。

符合《钢质海船入级规范》（2006）第4篇，第2章，第8节，第2.8.1款

GeneralIntroduction

CZ1005 marine emergency main engine telegraph system is inteaded for middle and small ship , It sends main engine speed order from wheelhouse to engine room and respond the order from engine room . In event of special condition , the present speed of main engine can be sent from engine room and respond from wheelhouse .

系统说明

由驾驶室向机舱传达主机转速命令及由机舱回答命令执行情况的设备。

CZ1005应急主机传令钟系统共分十一档：进一、进二、进三、进四、备车、停车、完车、退一、退二、退三、退四。

在特殊情况下，由机舱传达主机现行速度的命令，而驾驶室回答命令。

误车报警：主机齿轮箱检测到转向信号与应急主机传令钟发信器所要求操作的进退方向相反时，应急主机传令钟发信器发出误车报警信号。

失电报警：两路电源同时供电，当其中一路断电时，应急主机传令钟发信器发出失电报警信号。

调光：可随外界光线强弱调节驾驶室应急传令钟发信器面板上指示灯。

System specification

The system orders the main engine speed from wheel house to Engine room and respond the speed from Engine room to wheel house .

In event of special condition , the present speed of main engine can be sent from engine room to wheelhouse , and respond from wheelhouse .

CZ1005 Emergency Telegraph has 11 levels : forehead 1 , forehead 2 ,forehead 3 ,forehead 4 ,stand by ,stop , finished , astern 1 , astern 2 , astern 3 , astern 4

Order error alarm : When the forward or astern signal is not synchronous detection by gear case of M/E and Emergency main engine telegraph receiver , The emergency main engine telegraph transmitter will send out order error alarm signal .

Power failure alarm : when the main power is fault , It could switchover to emergency power automatically , and Emergency main engine telegraph transmite send out visual and signal of power failure alarm .

Light adjustable : the indicator in the wheel house panel can be adjusted .

系统组成System structure

单应急主机传令钟系统组成：一台单应急主机传令钟发信器，一台单应急主机传令钟复示器，一台单应急主机传令钟收信器及闪光灯铃组（可选）。此种方案适合船舶装有一台主机时，驾控台向机舱传达命令的船舶使用。

双应急主机传令钟系统组成：一台双应急主机传令钟发信器，一台双应急主机传令钟复示器，两台单应急主机传令钟收信器及闪光灯铃组（可选）。此种方案适合船舶装有两台主机时，驾控台分别向机舱传达命令的船舶使用。

Stracture of single Emergency main engine telegraph system : one set of single Emergency main engine telegraph transmitter , one set of Emergency main engine telegraph repeater , one set of Emergency main engine telegraph receiver and several alarm bell unit (option) . This design project is apply to one main engine in vessels , to use for ordering the main engine speed from wheelhouse to engine room .

Stracture of dual Emergency main engine telegraph system : one set of dual Emergency main engine telegraph transmitter , one set of Emergency main engine telegraph repeater (option) , two sets of Emergency main engine telegraph receiver and several alarm bell unit . This design project is apply to two main engine in vessels , to use for ordering the main engine speed from wheelhouse to engine room .
