南京云帆电气有限公司（原南京云帆电控设备有限公司）成立于1993年初，位于南京市江宁滨江经济开发区天成路48号，是国内一家专业生产船舶自动化电气设备的民营企业。公司拥有专业的设计生产团队，拥有22000多平方米的标准花园式厂房。

Nanjing Yun-Fan Electric Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Yun-Fan Electric Control Equipment Co., Ltd.) was established in early 1993, located in No.48, Tiancheng Road, Bin Jiang development zone, Jiangning, Nanjing. It is a professional private enterprise which produces marine electrical automation equipment. The company has a professional design and manufacturing team. It occupied about 22,000 square meters as the factory building with standard garden plants.

本公司同国内各船舶设计院及各大造船厂、船东保持着广泛而密切的合作关系，近30年来我司已为国内外约2100多艘船舶配套电控自动化设备产品。

Our company keeps the extensive and close working relationship between the ship Institute, major shipyard and ship owners. During the past 30 years, our company has provided automatic electrical control equipment for more than 2,100 ships all over the world.

本公司专业设计并生产的产品有：配电板（自动电站管理系统）、机舱监测报警系统（AUT-0无人机舱系统）、驾驶室集中控制台、机舱集中控制台、主机遥控系统、全自动充放电板、桥楼值班报警系统、组合启动屏及启动器、分电箱、舱室进水报警系统等全船电控设备。所有产品根据用户的要求分别已取得：ABS、CCS、GL、LR、NK、BV、KR、RINA等世界各大船级社认证证书，其中主机遥控系统、桥楼值班报警系统、航行灯信号灯控制系统已取得CCS型式认可；机舱监测报警系统（AUT-0无人机舱系统）已取得GL型式认可。所有产品可根据用户的需求采用国内外******进的元器件及组合式产品；软启动、变频器、PLC可编程器、IPC都在设备中得以使用。

The main products that designed and manufactured by our company are list as below. Main Switch Board (Automatic Power Management System), Engine room Alarm and Monitor System (AUT-0 unattended engine room system),Bridge control console, engine room control console, main engine remote control system, automatic charge and discharge system, bridge watch alarm system, a group start panel, starter, power distribute box and the whole ship electrical control equipment. According to the requirement of users, all the products of our company has been qualified the certification of ABS, CCS, GL, LR, NK, BV, KR, RINA and other major social classification. Among these certifications, main engine remote control system, bridge watch alarm system, navigation lights control system has obtained the type Approval certification of CCS; Engine room alarm and monitor System (AUT-0 unattended engine room system) has passed GL type Approval. All the products are assembled with the most advanced components and modular products according to the users’requirements. Soft-start, frequency converter, PLC programmable control, IPC are used in the device.
