柴油机组机旁控制箱（Engine group of control box）
1)起动状态选择：机旁、就地、遥控。转换开关旋转到机旁时，在柴油机上就能进行起动、停车操作；转换开关旋转到就地时，在控制箱上就能进行起动、停车操作；转换开关旋转到遥控时，在集控室就能进行起动、停车操作。
2)柴油机备车：当柴油机盘车机构脱开齿圈并且盘车杆就位、起动手柄位于运行、柴油机停止、停车电磁阀在未激活状态时，准备起动指示灯亮，此时可进行备车操作，若准备起动指示灯不亮，则备车按钮失效。
3)柴油机起动：当按下备车按钮后，此时可进行起动操作，若备车按钮没有按下，则按下起动按钮不能起动柴油机，同时进行起动失败报警。当柴油机转速大于300r/min时，准备起动指示灯熄灭，同时运行指示灯点亮。
4)柴油机正常停车：无论转换开关在什么位置，当在柴油机上把燃油手柄转到停车位置时，柴油机将正常停车，无报警；当分别进行就地和遥控停车时，停车电磁阀激活，柴油机停止，无报警。
5)柴油机安全停车：安全停车都是通过停车电磁阀的动作来实现停车的。当柴油机转速过高时，柴油机停车并进行超速报警；当柴油机滑油压力过低时，柴油机停车并进行滑油压力低报警；当柴油机高温冷却水温度过高时，柴油机停车并进行高温冷却水温度高报警。
6)柴油机报警：当柴油机转速大于300r/min运行时，若发生柴油机滑油低压，则进行报警；增压器滑油低压故障持续15秒，则进行报警；若滑油箱滑油液位低持续10秒，则进行报警；若主机控制空气低压，则进行报警；若滑油滤器压差高、燃油泄漏液位高持续5秒，则进行报警；若起动空气压力低，则进行报警。
7)当按动备车按钮时，滑油注油泵、低温水泵能自动起动；当柴油机转速大于300r/min时，滑油注油泵自动停止；当按动停车按钮时，滑油注油泵自动起动，低温水泵能自动停止。柴油机转速大于300r/min时，备车按钮（延时30秒）失效；柴油机转速小于300r/min时，停车按钮（延时30秒）失效。
8)机旁控制箱接入监控系统ECR的信号有：电源、运行、起动失败、控制空气低压报警、起动空气低压报警、滑油滤器压差报警、高压油管泄漏报警、滑油日用邮箱低液位报警、滑油进机低压报警、高温水出机高温报警。机旁控制箱接入MSB的信号有：电源、遥控（自动）起动备车信号、运行、起动失败、停车、机旁控制信号。
1)Starting status options : englne side , local , when
ther emote switch is rotated to the engine side , the engine can be started ,
shutdown operation at engine side ; switch is rotated to local , the engine can
be started , and shutdown operation at local control panel ; when switch to the
remote . the engine can be started , and shutdown operation at ECR .
2)Engine standby : When the engine cranking mechanism is disengaged ring and
turning gear lever in Place , starting handle in the run , stop the engine ,
stop solenoid valve in the inactive state , ready to start indicator light ,
then you can be prepared by standby operators , when ready to start light is
not on , then the backup button failure.
3)Engine start :
When you press the standby button , start-up operation can be performed at this
time , if the button is not presse dprepare , the engine can not be started by
pressing the start button.start to fail simultaneously alarm.When the engine
speed is over than 300r / min , ready to start indicator slake and the running
indicator light .
4) Engine
normal shutdown : No matter what position switch , when the handle on diesel
fuel to the shutdown position , the engine will normdlly stop , no alarm; When
shutdown at local and remote , the shutdown solenoid valve working , engine
stop , no alarm .
Engine safety shutdown : safety shutdown is by
shutdown solenoid valve action to achieve shutdown . When the engine speed is
too high , engine shutdown and over speed a1arm ; When the engine oil pressure
is too low , the engine stop and lube oil press low a1arm , when the engine
high temp.cooling water temperature high , engine stop and high temperature
cooling water high temperature alarm .
6)Engine alarm : When the engine speed is over than 300r/min run , if the
engine lube oil low pressure , Activating alarm ; turbo charger oil low
pressure fault for 15 Seconds , Activating alarm ; If the oil tank oil level is
low for 10 seconds , Activating alarm ; If the engine control air low pressure
, Activating alarm ; If the high pressure oil filter , fuel leaks level high for
5 seconds , then Activating alarm ; such as starting air pressure is low ,
then Activating alarm ;
7)When the button is pressed standby engine , lube oil injection pumps , low
temp water pump can automatically start ; When the engine speed is over than 300r/min
, oil injection pump automatically stops ; when pressing stop button ,
automatic oil injection pump start , low temp. cooling water pump automatically
stops . When the engine speed is over than 300r / min , engine standby button (
delay 30 seconds ) failure ; when the engine speed is less than 300r / min ,
shutdown button ( delay 30 seconds ) failure ;
8)ECR control box access control systems for signal including : power , running
, failed to start , control air pressure alarm , starting air pressure alarm ,
oil filter differential pressure , high pressure tubing leaks , lube oil daily
tank low level alarm ; lube oil inlet pressure low alarm ; high temp . Water
temperature high alarm . The engine access MSB signal control box including :
power supply , remote control ( automatic ) starting standby signal , running ,
failed to start , stop , control signals .
