主要功能介绍（Function）

适用于船舶电制为三相50/60赫兹，1000伏以下船舶电站的发电机控制及电能分配。

发电机单机功率可为1200KW。

配电板对发电机可进行短路、过载、逆功率、分级卸载等保护，并可实现自动并车、自动调频调载、发电机组自动起动等功能，在发电机运行过程中对各参数如V、A、cosθ、HZ、KW等进行检测和控制。对一些越限参数可发出声光报警信号（如电网绝缘电阻过低、一级卸载、二级卸载等）。

The control System is compact device used for control and protection of generators and diesel engines. In addition ,it is equipped with a power Management System controlling the entire mains system of the ship. 

配电板有手动、半自动和全自动三种电站管理功能，半自动电站采用丹麦DEIF产品实现自动调频调载，全自动电站分DEIF的PPM型、DEIF的PPU+PLC型和SELCO三种，以满足客户的不同需求。

There are three modes of operation  : Manual/semi-automatic/fully-automatic on the main switchboard. Semi-automatic power plant using the product of DELF (Danish).It can adjust frequency automatically .We can supply three type , the PPM type ,PPU+PLC type of DEIF and SELCO type for the fully-automatic power management system according to the customer′s requirements of customers.

配电板生产所需元器件均采用国家认可厂家的船用产品，对没有船用的产品采用派生三防产品。

配电板生产满足船舶入级与建造规范（2009版）、及修改通报等有关规范、标准的技术要求，一般防护等级为IP23。

Our switch board is made according to the rules of ship building rules and world standard .Protect degree :IP23

由于船用配电板因船而异，故本公司可根据客户提供技术要求，本公司代为设计、生产。

手动、半自动电站管理

Manual﹠semiautomatic power

手动并车采用手动调速进行发电机组间转速、频率调整，并通过同步脉冲发生装置或同步表进行并车，以实现负载分配、负载转移等电站功能。

Manual synchronize: adjust the speed the speed ,frequency between generators by manual ,synchronize through the pulse-synchronize unit or synchronize-meter to fulfill the power station ,such as; loading distribution and loading transfer.

半自动并车采用丹麦DEIF系列产品进行自动调频调载，进行发电机组间并车以实现负载分配、负载转移等电站功能。

Half automatic synchronize :use DEIF series product fulfill the power station function ,such as :adjust the frequency and load automatic ,synchronize DG ,and loding distribution 、loading transfer.  

全自动电站采用PPM型、PPU+PLC型和SELCO三种模式，进行发电机组故障处理、自动增机、自动卸载、自动解列、重载询问等电站功能。

●首入机组以及备用机组：当电站系统电源打开工作时，已有机组投入使用，则默认投入的机组为主机，当有两台以上机组投入使用时以顺序靠前为优先，一级备用和二级备用依顺序循环排序，如1／2／3；2／3／1；3／1／2。

●发电机组故障处理(每台发电机组的综合故障信号和配电板的自启动故障信号被电站系统采集)：当运行的发电机机组出现故障分闸后，电站系统会自动启动一级备用机组，启动成功后会自动输出合闸信号，给配电板供电。如果在启动过程中一级备用机组出现故障电站系统会自动启动二级备用机组，启动成功后会自动输出合闸信号，给配电板供电。当运行的发电机组出现故障但没有分闸使配电板失电，电站系统会自动启动一级备用机组，启动成功后会自动并网，然后解列故障发电机组，主开关脱扣并延时3 M停止该发电机组。一级备用有故障会启动二级故障机组，电站系统启动成功后会自动并网，然后解列故障发电机组，主开关脱扣并延时3 M停止该发电机组。

●自动增机功能：当负荷功率持续15S(可设定)达到在网发电机组总功率的85%（可设定），会启动一级备用发电机，启动成功后自动并网和负载分配。如果一级备用机组有故障没能启动成功，并输入故障信号给电站系统，会启动二级备用机组，启动成功后自动并网和负载分配。

●自动卸载功能：当工作的发电机组电网总负荷≥95%，电站系统会输出过载报警信号，再延时20S切断次要负载。

●自动解列功能：当系统检测到两台以上的机组输出功率≤30%，并且连续2 M时，电站系统进行负载转移，当负载转移成功后脱扣主开关并且延时3 M发出停止信号给备用机组。当三台机组同时工作时，先解列二级备用机组，再检测是否要求解列一级备用组。(注：当有重载询问时，只要有任何一个重载询问请求指示在，自动解列都不会发生)

●重载查询:当接收到重载请求开关输入时，系统查询当前工作正在发电机的可利用总功率的85%（可设定）与当前负载功率之差，计算是否能够承受重载，如可以则立即返回输出重载许可信号。如果不可以，则自动起动备用机组进行网，待备用机组启动并网成功并且功率负载平衡后，输出重载许可信号。在重载许可期间，即使功率使用达到解列的条件，也不会有解列操作。发电机组过来的故障信号也不处理。在重载许可期间，当有两台或者两台以上并网运行的发电机，有一台发电机故障停机，会先取消所有重载许可，启动备用机组并网，并网后自动解列故障机组，然后重新进行功率评估，给出相应的操作。在重载许可期间只有一台发电机运行，当有新的重载请求信号，并且功率余量达到重载许可条件，也不会及时输出许可信号，会先强制启动备用机组。

Main Generator and standby Generator :When the power station is started ,if the generator is running ,it to be as the main one ,if there are more than two ,it starts in sequence ,the main one ,the standby one ,and the following standby one in circulation .such as 1/2/3;2/3/1;3/1/2

●Fault deal with function(common alarm of each generator and automatic start of the MSB will be connect to the power station )；the CB will be open when the running generator break down .then the standby generator start automatically ,if it success, CB will be close ,if it fails ,the following standby generator will start automatically ,the CB close ,supply power to the MSB. When the running generator break down but the CB still close, Power station will start the standby generator automatically ,if it successes ,synchronize automatically ,then CB trip to disconnect the fault generator and stop it with 180S delay .If it fails ,start the following standby generator ,synchronize automatically ,the CB trip to disconnect the fault generator and stop it with 180S delay .

●Automatic start generator function: when the load consumer reach 85%(can be set),the standby generator will start automatically ,if it successes ,synchronize automatically and fulfill load distribution ,if the standby one start fails, give a fault signal power station ,the start the following standby generator ,after it successes ,synchronize automatically and fulfill load distribution.
